We are looking for a motivated and reliable carpenter helper to join our team. You will work alongside experienced carpenters and tradespeople, assisting with residential construction projects while developing your carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist lead carpenters with framing, renovations, finishing, and general carpentry work.
- Read and follow basic plans, drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
- Assist with installation of doors, windows, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and other building components.
- Assist with demolition, material removal, and site preparation as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from experienced carpenters and supervisors.
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or a related trade.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable,



punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work safely on construction sites and follow company safety procedures.
- Carpentry apprenticeship training or trade-school education is an asset.
