About The Position

This is an entry-level to intermediate position working directly alongside a Lead Carpenter. You’ll learn hands-on, develop real skills, and be part of building projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with framing, finishing, demolition, and other general renovation work
- Help keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and running efficiently




- Support the Lead Carpenter and follow direction
- Learn how projects are built from start to finish
- Handle basic tasks independently as your skills grow

Qualifications

- Some construction or renovation experience is an asset (not required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and work hard.
- Ability to lift and work in a physical environment.
