Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Carpentry Labourer to join our growing team. This energetic role involves supporting our skilled carpenters in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. If you’re eager to develop your skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to exciting residential projects, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

- Assist with framing, drywall installation, and finishing work on residential sites
- Help with flooring installation, tile laying, caulking and painting
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate work




- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to support project timelines and safety standards

Experience

- Prior construction or carpentry experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is a plus
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques is necessary
- Knowledge of drywall finishing, taping, mudding and sanding is advantageous
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
