Make a meaningful impact as a Caseworker at the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan. This full-time role involves restorative justice practices and engaging community services for at-risk individuals. Under the Extrajudicial Sanctions and Alternative Measures program, you will mediate between victims and offenders while coordinating with law enforcement.

This position requires a compassionate individual who can build strong relationships within the community to drive positive social outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct victim-offender mediation sessions
- Work alongside community agencies and law enforcement
- Connect clients with essential support services
- Document case progress and reporting diligently
- Promote public awareness through community events

Requirements:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting individuals with social issues
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Valid, insurable Saskatchewan Driver’s License
- Explicit Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
