Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Cashier/Host to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first face our guests see, creating a warm and inviting environment while efficiently managing transactions and seating arrangements. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and thrive in a lively setting, this position is perfect for you!

Duties

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating to ensure a smooth flow of the dining area.
- Handle guest transactions accurately using POS systems like Micros POS, including taking payments and processing orders.
- Provide friendly and attentive service by answering questions about the menu, specials, or restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station throughout your shift.
- Support the team by communicating guest needs effectively to servers and kitchen staff.




- Clear and clean tables as needed.
- Assist with basic food service tasks when necessary, ensuring guests receive prompt attention.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with positive phone etiquette to connect effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food service operations and customer service principles.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel settings will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
