Are you friendly, organized, reliable, and enjoy working with people? Jim Gauthier Chevrolet Collision Centre is looking for a full-time Cashier / Receptionist to join our busy Collision Centre and work alongside our supportive office and customer service team.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a professional automotive team.

Responsibilities Include

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional customer service
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Processing customer payments and handling cashier duties
- Receiving and recording payments accurately
- Assisting customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Scheduling or assisting with appointments as required
- Completing general office and administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and records
- Supporting the Collision Centre office and customer service team
- Maintaining a clean, organized and professional reception area
- Completing other duties,



responsibilities and special projects as needed and assigned

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a retail, cashier, reception or customer service position is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling cash, payments and basic administrative tasks
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Punctual, dependable and hardworking
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but on-the-job training can be provided to the right candidate
