Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales or product demos are a plus, contributing to a agile customer experience.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform basic math calculations with precision
- Upsell products and services through effective communication and product knowledge
- Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer engagement and sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth checkout processes during busy periods
- Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or via inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and technical sales if required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills and professionalism in customer interactions
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships

Pay: $15.00 per hour
