We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Manage product demos and provide information on merchandise to encourage sales
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs and increase store revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Ensure a clean,



organized checkout area and adhere to store policies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Skills

- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales processes

- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
