Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate effective time management by efficiently managing multiple transactions during busy periods

Skills

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain products, services, and promotions
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience, especially in technology or consumer electronics sales
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos to engage customers actively
- Organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the checkout area organized
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
