About the prospect
Vanta Event Rentals is a mobile casino entertainment company providing casino experiences for corporate events, weddings, private parties, galas, and other special events across the GTA.
We’re growing our dealer roster and looking for experienced, outgoing, and reliable casino dealers to join us for upcoming events.
This is flexible, event-based work rather than a fixed weekly schedule. It’s ideal for dealers looking to pick up additional shifts while working in a fun and professional event environment.
What you'll do
As a Vanta dealer, you’ll run casino-style games while interacting with guests and helping create an entertaining experience.
Our events are focused on entertainment, so personality and guest interaction are just as important as dealing ability.
Games may include
- Blackjack
- Roulette
- Poker
- Baccarat
- Other casino-style table games
Responsibilities
- Deal assigned casino games accurately and professionally
- Welcome and interact with guests throughout the event
- Explain game rules to guests who may have never played before
- Keep games moving while maintaining a fun atmosphere
- Maintain an organized and professional table
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled events
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Follow Vanta's event and guest-service standards
Who we're looking for
- Previous casino dealing experience or casino dealer training is preferred
- Knowledge of at least one casino table game
- Friendly and confident personality
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable engaging with groups of guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Available for evening and weekend events
- Able to travel to different event venues throughout the GTA
- Experience dealing multiple games is an asset
Compensation
- $21.00–$25.50 per hour depending on experience
- Tips
- Gas/travel reimbursement for eligible event travel
- Flexible event-based scheduling
Hours vary based on event bookings and your availability. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
