Duties

Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, highlighting, styling, and treatments specialized to guest's preferences

Consult with guests to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products

Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment

Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals

Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments

Build strong client relationships through personalized service and effective communication

Stay current with industry trends,



techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services Mandatory Requirements:

3+ years Hair Styling experience + clientele A valid Hair Styling License Experience

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential

Knowledge of hair styling techniques and current beauty trends is advantageous

Strong communication skills to connect with diverse guest's and team members

Ability to uphold sanitation standards diligently and consistently

Experience in front desk operations or reception duties is a plus but not mandatory
