Job Title: Certified Dental Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing quality care to our patients. If you are passionate about dentistry and patient care, we would love to hear from you.

We are a family owned practice and the work environment is calm, supportive and fun. We have a wonderful patient base, a beautiful clinic and are located close to beautiful shops, beaches, cafes. We are open Monday to Thursday, and one Friday a month.

There are no evenings or weekends required.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
- Take dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices




- Manage patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dentrix software an asset
- Understanding of CAD/CAM technology in dentistry is an asset
