Your leadership will enhance operational strategies and sales processes while managing workforce challenges. Collaborate with Directors of Operations to ensure effective implementation of Chartwell’s holistic care models and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Maximize net operating income and occupancy rates
- Direct and mentor operational leaders in the region
- Spearhead special initiatives including acquisitions
- Address resident feedback and improve satisfaction
- Support marketing and administrative functions for seamless operations

Requirements:

- 10+ years in leadership within seniors housing or relevant sectors
- Expertise in operational and financial management
- Robust sales experience with a service excellence focus
- Knowledge of labor relations in a unionized context
- Degree in business, hospitality, or healthcare related education
