Duties

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and timely service
- Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures comply with health regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service standards




- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
- Extensive food service experience within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities to foster a collaborative work atmosphere
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices including inventory control and staff scheduling
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Experience in bartending and serving is a plus, enhancing versatility within the team
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively train staff and interact with guests
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
