Duties

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and cooking processes
- Develop innovative menus that highlight fresh ingredients and current culinary trends
- Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain strict food safety standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service skills
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving and address any issues promptly




- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences for guests

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills across various cuisines
- Extensive food service experience with a focus on quality and consistency
- Leadership abilities to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles including inventory control and cost management
- Expertise in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation
- Experience with bartending or serving is a plus for versatile guest engagement
- Passion for the food industry with a commitment to hospitality excellence

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
