Responsibilities

- Lead food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our standards and customer expectations
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including coordinating food service, overseeing cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Develop menus that highlight creativity while considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train team members on food safety practices, proper food handling, and efficient kitchen techniques
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience across diverse cuisines
- Background in food service operations with an understanding of restaurant management principles
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper handling procedures, and health regulations
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Experience with food industry trends, hospitality practices, and kitchen workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and ensure smooth daily operations
