Weekend availability is a must. Shifts are subject to change based on availability.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running the front desk like a pro: scheduling, phone calls, welcoming patients
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Assisting chiropractors and supporting patient care
- Administering therapies like ultrasound, electrotherapy,
heat/ice (training provided!)
- Managing patient records and ensuring accurate filing
You’ll Shine in This Role If You Have: ✔ Strong time management and attention to detail
✔ A warm, professional communication style
✔ Experience with Jane EMR system is a must
✔ Experience in chiropractic, kinesiology, wellness, or alternative medicine (a bonus!)
✔ Familiarity with medical billing( a must!)
✔ Some knowledge of anatomy (yep, that helps too!)
