Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team for a part time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, creating a safe and engaging setting for their growth and development. This role involves working with children of various ages, including those with disabilities, to support their individual needs and foster their learning through play and structured activities.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive and responsive care to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety while encouraging interaction and cooperation.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area to promote a healthy learning environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere for all children,



including those with disabilities.

Requirements

- Previous experience in caregiving or childcare is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities that cater to their individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and team members.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children are essential traits for this role.
