Kanata North Family Chiropractic Centre was first opened in 1997 by Dr. Laurie Spratt out of a desire to bring exceptional chiropractic care into the community of Kanata North. Since first opening, our team has grown to include both chiropractors and registered massage therapists, and has become a cornerstone of the Kanata North Research park.

We are looking for a permanent part time (12 hrs.+/week & sick leave/vacation coverage) outgoing, energetic people person to fill the roll of Chiropractic Health Assistant. This individual will work with our doctors and staff to help efficiently run our practice. You must be reliable, a team player, a problem solver/decision maker and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work afternoons/evenings until 6 pm and most Fridays from 7:45 am-1 pm.

Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones,



booking appointments, collecting payments, assist in patient care and education, prepare and maintain patient records, data entry and other duties required to run an office.

Qualifications

- Previous experience within a private clinic setting is an asset
- Experience with OCA Aspire chiropractic software is an asset, proficient computer skills
- Experience with Telus Health is an asset
- Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently, has excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and customer service
- Interested in creative opportunities and marketing initiatives, someone who wants to help us build our brand in the community
- Ability to perform expected tasks without supervision
