Okanagan Civil Constructors is a growing civil construction company based in the Okanagan. We’re looking for experienced pipe layers and laborer's to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a crew on various job sites around Kelowna, Summerland, and Penticton, with the possibility of some out-of-town work. Pipe layer & Laborer Responsibilities include:

- Completing all tasks safely.
- The knowledge to interpret drawings, MMCD and supplementary specifications.
- The ability to install all different sizes & types of pipe, manholes, catch basins, lawn basins, and other pre-cast structures, the ability to install Hydro, Tel & Shaw duct.
- Coordinating with the Grademan, Equipment Operator, and Topman.
- Pipe layers MUST have experience installing PVC and ductile iron pipe.

We are seeking high quality candidates with the following requirements:
- MUST have level 1 (Basic) first aid certificate.
- Confined space certificate is recommended.




- Complete understanding of typical industry-standard safe working procedures, especially around trenches and heavy equipment.
- Someone who thrives being in a production-driven environment while staying friendly, professional, and a clear communicator.
- Attention to detail and the desire to provide high-quality workmanship, right the first time.
- Problem solver
- At least 1 year experience in construction in a similar role.
