Company Description Spanwell Facility Services provides complete maintenance solutions for commercial properties. The organization delivers cleaning, landscaping, repairs, and renovation services to keep client properties in excellent condition throughout the year.

Role Description The Cleaner – Shift A (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) OR (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Would have to be 3 hours before 2:00PM - DAILY A 3 hours per day, on-site role based in Ingersoll, ON. In this position, the cleaner is responsible for maintaining a brand new industrial building, duties including; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.

Daily tasks may include cleaning washrooms, kitchens or break areas, emptying waste and recycling bins, restocking supplies, and maintaining floors and high-touch surfaces. The role also involves following safety and cleaning protocols, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, and using cleaning equipment and chemicals according to company guidelines. The cleaner is expected to be punctual for Shift A, work efficiently with minimal supervision,



and uphold Spanwell’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting in commercial or residential settings.
- Presentable, ability to pass a drug test and a Clean Record
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products, equipment, and basic workplace safety practices (WHMIS or similar training is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills to complete assigned duties within the shifts listed above
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions; previous professional cleaning experience is an asset.
- Availability to work in office in Ingersoll, ON on a full-time basis and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
