About the Role

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and professional independent cleaners to complete residential cleaning appointments for our clients.

As an independent contractor, you will be offered cleaning jobs based on client bookings and availability. You will be responsible for providing cleaning services while maintaining a professional and respectful experience in each client’s home.

Responsibilities

- Complete standard and deep residential cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Clean mirrors, sinks, countertops, tubs, showers, and toilets
- Remove garbage and leave spaces neat and presentable
- Complete additional services when included in the booking
- Follow the agreed scope of work for each appointment
- Arrive on time and communicate promptly regarding appointments
- Respect clients’ homes, belongings, privacy, and pets
- Report damages, concerns, or unexpected circumstances promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Contractor Requirements

Applicants should

- Have residential cleaning experience or strong professional cleaning skills
- Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel to assigned service areas
- Have a working phone and reliable method of communication
- Be comfortable working independently
- Be legally eligible to work and provide services in Canada




- Be willing to provide references upon request
- Be able to provide invoices for completed services
- Be responsible for their own taxes and other obligations associated with operating as an independent contractor
- Follow all applicable safety requirements when completing services

Preferred: Previous professional cleaning experience and liability insurance.

Independent Contractor Relationship

This is an independent contractor opportunity and not an employee position.

Contractors operate independently and may provide services to other businesses or clients. Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations, business expenses, insurance, and other responsibilities applicable to their independent business.

Specific expectations regarding scheduling, supplies, payment, client communication, cancellations, and service standards will be outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
