Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment




- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep when required

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Positive physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to custodial work is advantageous
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
