Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of commercial facilities by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Ensure restrooms are sanitized, stocked with supplies, and maintained to health standards.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or cleaning needs and report issues promptly to the facilities team.




- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Support basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed to uphold the overall condition of the premises.

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing time effectively.
- Strong communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts.
