The Clinical Solutions Partner will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team as subject-matter experts for Digital Recruitment Campaigns. This position will contribute to strategic initiatives surrounding the Conditions of Excellence, by bringing together clinical expertise with AutoCruitment’s experience, and providing guidance for assigning and implementing the Conditions of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development Support: supports AutoCruitment’s Commercial team by providing subject matter expertise in the development of effective recruitment strategies for clients.
- Proposal Ownership: support client needs by crafting tailored and impactful proposals addressing their needs and highlighting AutoCruitment’s extensive experience and capabilities.
- Conditions of Excellence Guidance and Execution: utilize clinical expertise and data from AutoCruitment’s outcomes to continually provide input and guidance on the Conditions of Excellence to the Corporate Strategy function.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for AutoCruitment's services
- Develop recruitment strategy for proposals
- Develop recruitment funnels and pricing for proposals
- Advise cross-functional teams on Customer needs
- Develop, maintain, and review the Case Study Library
- Prepare proposal documents for the Business Development Team
- Prepare Handover document to Delivery team and lead Handover meeting
- Support the Business Development Directors as Subject Matter Experts with customer interactions
- Assist Business Development Team with customer facing presentation slides
- Attend and present during customer meetings such as: discovery/ capabilities calls, proposal reviews, and bid defense meetings
- Create and update training modules and work instructions for Clinical Solutions
- Lead RFI/ vendor qualification completions
- All other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

- BS/MS in the life sciences, clinical research, related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech,



or contract research organization preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management/clinical research required
- Knowledge and application of ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines.
