About The Role

Location: Remote (EST hours required)

Type: Contractor

Compensation: Commission-based. Expected $100,000 - $150,000/yr CAD ($72,143 - $108,214 USD)

Expected close rate: 30%

This role has one core mission: Close qualified prospects and onboard them into our ecosystem. That means educating recent prospects on our approach, confidently scheduling them in for onboarding, and guiding them till that process is complete. We’re looking for a proven closer with a track record of success — not someone learning the craft on our dime.

Role Responsibilities

- Run discovery and closing calls with warm, qualified prospects
- Educate prospects on our outbound approach and value proposition
- Handle objections confidently and move deals forward




- Schedule and guide new clients through onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up cadence in CRM
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth client handoff
- Hit and exceed a 40% close rate benchmark consistently

Requirements

- Native-level English (written + spoken)
- Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B service deals
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and objection handling
- Comfortable with a performance-based contractor model
- Available 9am–5pm ET, Monday–Friday
- Reliable internet, webcam, and mic
- Clean, professional lighting and background
- Able to invoice monthly as a contractor
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking

Bonus Points For

- Experience selling outbound, lead gen, or marketing services
- Familiarity with cold email or appointment setting ecosystems
- Past agency or SaaS sales experience
