Note: This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week. Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our current cloud architecture,



collaborating with our most senior technologists Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel. Degree in Computer Science or related field ~6+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems ~ Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies ~ Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verbally ~ Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders ~ Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

The base salary range for this position in Canada is $115,000 - $165,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. This is Canadian‑based employment, and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
