Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of clubhouse areas, including lounges, restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas through commercial cleaning practices, ensuring high standards are met at all times
- Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to management
- Monitor clubhouse equipment and amenities to ensure proper operation and safety compliance




- Support event setup and breakdown by preparing spaces according to specifications
- Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and safety checks

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; a robust willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when needed
