CNC Mill Machine Operator :

Location: Brampton, Ontario

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Experience: Minimum 2 years of CNC milling experience

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Brampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, producing parts according to drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Load and unload materials and workpieces safely.
- Select and change cutting tools as required.
- Make basic machine adjustments to maintain production quality and accuracy.
- Inspect finished and in-process parts using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Follow production schedules and meet required quality standards.
- Identify machining issues and report problems to the supervisor or lead hand.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.




- Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and machine setup.
- Valuable mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- CNC setup experience is an asset.

Compensation :

- $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
- Full-time position.
