- Optimize existing CNC programs and workflows
- Collaborate with engineering for process improvements
- Estimate setup requirements for recent CNC jobs
- Train operators on programming and setups
- Manage revisions and maintain accurate CNC backups Requirements:
- Experienced CNC Programmer or Journeyperson Machinist
- Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing setting
- Strong CAM software skills required
- Familiar with engineering drawings and GD&T;
