- Mentor Area Managers to foster relationship management
- Coordinate and lead team initiatives to boost collaboration
- Achieve financial targets for the bakery portfolio
- Review monthly financials and explore action plans
- Support business risk analysis with the team Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Senior Management role
- Experience in franchising is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar
