Coffee Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

Caffe Fantastico is an independent, quality-focused coffee company with three bustling locations in Victoria. With over 25 years of experience, we have grown to include kitchens, pastry, beer, wine, and cocktail programs. We care about outstanding coffee and food, friendly service, and creating places where people genuinely enjoy working and visiting.

We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our team for day or evening shifts and weekend availability.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work alongside the team and roastery manager to keep the shift running smoothly, help solve problems and make sure our guests are well looked after.

A big part of the job is supporting staff. You’ll use our Fantastico SOPs and training materials to make sure we’re providing the same high level of friendly, knowledgeable service every day.

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has solid restaurant and coffee bar supervisory experience
- Supports and promotes table service model
- Is organized, reliable and notices what needs to be done
- Cares about good food, coffee and hospitality
- Is happy to jump in and help wherever needed

Our hours are reasonable too. We’re only open until 9pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday — no late-night restaurant closes. We offer extended health and dental benefits.
