Senior Collections Agent Job Overview

- Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts in a transparent, professional, and empathetic manner, helping them understand their outstanding balances and available resolution options.
- Accurately process payments, update account information, and maintain detailed and organized records for all customer interactions.
- Carry out required recovery actions such as repossession or service disconnection when accounts remain unresolved, ensuring all steps follow policy and compliance standards.
- 1–2 years of experience in collections, billing, or customer service with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Transparent criminal background check, reliable high‑speed internet, secure workspace, and Duo Mobile‑compatible phone.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends on rotation with strong multitasking and target‑driven performance.

Collection Supervisor Job Overview

- Conduct quality audits on calls, files, and work plans to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to departmental standards.
- Provide daily coaching, performance feedback, and weekly training sessions to support agent development and improve overall team results.
- Handle escalated calls and resolve operational or customer‑related issues promptly, ensuring a smooth workflow and strong customer experience.




- 2–3 years of 3rd‑party collections experience with strong CUBS knowledge and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational ability and coaching capability.
- Clear criminal background check, reliable internet, Duo Mobile‑compatible phone, and ability to work evenings/Saturdays on rotation.

Collection Manager Job Overview

- Lead and oversee Supervisors and Agents to ensure departmental KPIs, compliance requirements, and recovery targets are consistently achieved.
- Identify training needs, develop training materials, and coach team members to strengthen performance, quality, and audit outcomes.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, workflow execution, and communication of policy or process updates while maintaining strong relationships with clients through meetings and audits.
- 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in collections with proven success meeting recovery targets.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with high professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours (remote/onsite) while managing priorities and adhering to regulatory requirements.
