Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of sanitation. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced thoroughly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and requesting replenishments as needed
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills
