Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to facilitate timely repairs and prevent further deterioration
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and consistency across all sites
- Dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with environmental guidelines
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred; familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough cleaning services
- Ability to follow safety instructions diligently and operate cleaning machinery safely
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
