Stanley is seeking an experienced Commercial Jr. Construction Superintendent. with the following list of required experience:

- You have demonstrated the ability on numerous commercial projects to deliver a high quality product, in a safe manner - on time, on budget and on scope.
- You have minimum 2-3 years experience managing projects that occur in high traffic public locations.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Stanley is seeking an experienced Commercial Jr. Construction Superintendent. with the following list of required experience:

- You have demonstrated the ability on numerous projects to deliver a high quality product, in a safe manner - on time, on budget and on scope.
- You are a certified Journeyman/Journeywoman Carpenter for a minimum 5 years.
- You have obtained Leadership in Safety Excellence, Contractor Management or equivalent.
- You have experience managing projects that occur in high traffic public locations (ie schools, hospitals, residential complexes). And have an understanding the Alberta Building Codes and know what to implement onsite to achieve compliance to them.




- You are known to be an effective team leader and communicator on the construction site and know what delivering worry free construction means to our customers, our community, employees and subtrades.
- You are committed to working safely in accordance with Stanley guidelines, policies and procedures, you ensure all workers are properly equipped to perform their work, you provide proper instructions to the team to complete the job on schedule, scope and budget, and you ensure that everyone has the materials and tools to perform at a high level.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
