About Pedra Roofing & Sheet Metal

We are a family-run commercial roofing company serving the Greater Toronto Area, with four decades in the trade. We handle flat and low-slope roofing for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings: repairs, maintenance programs, restorations and full replacements. Our crews and reputation are established. The sales side of the business is new, and this is the founding role.

The Role

You will own commercial sales end to end: identify buildings that need roofing attention using our in-house scouting method, find the decision-maker (property managers, facility managers, owner-operators), book no-cost roof assessments, and carry opportunities from first call through to signed work. You will work directly with the owner and estimator, backed by a documented sales playbook, call scripts, objection handling, and full training on roofing systems. This is not managing an existing book.

It is building one, with structure behind you.

What You Will Do

Prospect commercial and industrial buildings across the GTA (we teach the scouting method). Reach decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn. Book roof assessments and deliver photo condition reports alongside our estimator.



Close repair work and annual maintenance agreements, and develop re-roof opportunities. Keep the CRM current, with every lead tracked and every follow-up dated. Build lasting relationships with property managers and building owners.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of B2B or service-industry sales (building trades a solid asset: HVAC, fire protection, elevators, property services). Comfortable on the phone with cold prospects; this is a hunting role. Disciplined follow-up; most of our deals take five or more touches. Professional in front of property managers and owners. Valid Ontario driver's licence and vehicle for site visits. Roofing knowledge not required; we will teach the roof.

What We Offer

Base salary ($55,000 to $70,000) plus uncapped commission. Full training on products, roofing systems and our sales process. Direct access to ownership, with decisions in hours, not committees. A founding seat in a growing division of an established company.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
