Role Title: Community Manager

Company: Alpha Hub (Subsidiary of Konzortia Capital)

Employment Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor (~10–15 hours/week)

Initial Term: 6 months (Equity-Based Compensation)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Compensation: Shares in the company issued monthly in lieu of an hourly rate, prorated to hours tracked (based on a company valuation of $26M). After 6 months, potential transition to a paid hourly, retainer, or salaried arrangement based on performance and company milestones.

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp Community Manager to own Alpha Hub's voice and presence across X, Reddit, and Quora — our priority channels for reaching founders, angels, syndicators, and family offices — alongside LinkedIn and Discord.

This is a hands-on,



high-visibility role well suited to someone balancing a few part-time engagements who wants a foothold in a fast-growing, community-driven fintech startup. You'll work closely with the Office of the CEO and coordinate day-to-day with the marketing team to keep our brand sharp, our community engaged, and Alpha Hub visible everywhere our future investors and clients are already talking.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Publishing

- Adapt, create, and publish content across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant channels
- Publish regular product and company updates on relevant channels
- Write and ship a bi-weekly newsletter
- Develop monthly content calendars, working with other team members on a day-to-day basis
- Craft flawless copy, quickly, adapting tone and format to each platform's norms

Community Engagement & Growth

- Build and grow Alpha Hub's presence and following on X and Reddit specifically, and establish a credible answering presence on Quora within finance, startup, and investing spaces
- Create, interact with, and moderate community channels (Discord, Reddit, relevant forums)
- Handle all proactive and reactive community management across social channels, capturing relevant engagement opportunities
- Respond quickly to real-time news and community management opportunities in the fintech/VC space
- Maintain flexibility for last-minute changes and the instinct to recognize and seize trending opportunities outside of the content calendar

Brand & Voice

- Refine and maintain Alpha Hub's unique voice, specifically in content development and community management
- Maintain compelling visual branding across all social channels in unity with established brand guidelines
- Continually optimize content across each platform, understanding platform nuances, algorithms, and strengths

Reporting & Optimization

- Report on weekly KPIs across X, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and Discord, with regular analysis to improve future actions
- Present data-driven community insights to the team

Required Profile




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously in an unstructured start-up environment
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of community management and social media experience, ideally including hands-on work on X, Reddit, and Quora
- Fluent in English with strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail
- Robust knowledge of emerging markets, new technologies, venture capital, and impact investing
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to use social media tools to glean trends, statistics, and insights
- Experience presenting data-driven community insights to team members

Nice-to-Haves
- Existing credibility or an established presence in Reddit's startup/VC communities (e.g. r/startups, r/venturecapital) or Quora's finance and investing spaces
- Track record growing a brand or account on X within fintech, startup, or VC circles
- Background in venture capital, private markets, or startup ecosystems
- Prior experience at an early-stage or fintech startup

Compensation Structure
