In this role, you'll report to the Vice-President of Human Resources, spearheading the development of compensation strategies while fostering essential partnerships with unions and healthcare entities.

Your innovative approach will enhance classification processes, ensuring alignment with provincial health objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic goal development for compensation
- Collaborate with healthcare unions and industry stakeholders
- Oversee governance of classification and compensation systems
- Facilitate implementation of strategic compensation plans
- Prepare business cases for industry compensation surveys Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of senior leadership in healthcare sector
- CPHR designation is an asset
- Solid facilitation and negotiation proficiency
