Typical Day

- You’ll build be the first and last contact in the customers experience, welcoming them, pairing them with the correct staff, processing their transaction and seeing them off.
- You will build relationships with customers to better understand their needs and offer them the very best customer experiences in-store, over the phone, and online including appointment booking.
- You're the primary point person when it comes to point of sale transactions ensuing accurate and efficient cashing out of all customers including complex transactions,



special orders and more.
- You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.

Ideal Candidate

- You have a keen focus on customer experience and have worked in hospitality before.
- You have an eye for fine details and are able to prioritize competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store (proficiency in multi-line phones an asset). We can teach you what to say, but you have to be comfortable chatting with strangers.
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always ready to contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.

Job Types: Full time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
