POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our building located in Brossard is currently looking for a full-time daytime concierge. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- All other related tasks

- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

- Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior

- Keep the work setting clean

- Maintain and clean the premises





- Maintain property areas and systems

- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors

- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good team player
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
