Mint Asset Management is looking for an experienced Condominium Manager to join our growing team and play a key leadership role in the continued expansion of our condominium management division.

The successful candidate must hold an active General Licence with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).

This is more than a traditional property management role. We are looking for someone who can manage condominium corporations effectively while also helping grow Mint’s condominium portfolio by developing relationships and bringing in new condominium corporation business.

Our vision is for this person to progressively lead Mint Asset Management’s condominium management division, overseeing operations, client relationships, team development, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of condominium corporations
- Work closely with Boards of Directors and owners
- Lead Board meetings, AGMs, and operational planning
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, contractors, maintenance, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, CAO, and CMRAO requirements




- Build strong relationships with Boards, developers, owners, and industry professionals
- Identify and pursue opportunities to bring current condominium corporations to Mint
- Participate in proposals, presentations, and prospective client meetings
- Help develop and lead Mint’s condominium management team as the portfolio grows

Requirements:

- Active CMRAO General Licence
- Strong condominium management experience in Ontario
- Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Business-development mindset and ability to build new client relationships
- Comfortable taking ownership of both operations and portfolio growth
