What You'll Do:
As the primary contact for your assigned portfolio, you’ll work directly with condominium boards, residents, vendors, and our internal team to keep properties running smoothly.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Prepare budgets, track expenses, and assist boards with financial decisions
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers
- Prepare for and facilitate condominium board meetings
- Enforce bylaws and maintain accurate property records
- Assist with insurance, reserve fund, safety, and compliance matters
- Manage projects and respond to property issues as they arise
What We're Looking For:
- Professional property management experience and post-secondary education are preferred, but not required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working within the property management, condominium, or real estate industries.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, judgment,
and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with budgets, contractors, boards, and property owners
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning recent software
- Buildium experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability for occasional evening board meetings and after-hours emergencies
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record check
- Comfortable working within the Apple ecosystem
