Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties

- Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction, renovation, and repair of buildings and structures.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project specifications and timelines.
- Load and unload materials as needed for various construction projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Experience





- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Robust communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
