About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multifamily residential construction projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from pre-construction through occupancy while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Process change orders, progress claims, purchase orders, and project reporting
- Collaborate with ownership, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory authorities throughout project development and construction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in multifamily residential construction
- Proven experience managing projects valued at several million dollars or greater
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience with wood-frame or concrete multifamily developments is considered an asset
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or equivalent industry credentials are considered assets
- Experience working with developers, general contractors, and consultants on multifamily residential projects
