Construction Site Supervisor, Hands-On Role Seaforth Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to oversee renovation and general contracting projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and daily site activities
- Perform hands-on carpentry, demolition, protection, deficiency, and general construction work as required
- Review drawings and maintain project quality and schedule
- Conduct site safety meetings and maintain a clean, safe workplace
- Communicate daily progress, site issues, and upcoming requirements to the project team
- Complete daily reports and track site documentation

Qualifications




- Construction supervisory and hands-on trade experience
- Robust knowledge of renovations and general construction
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

Compensation: $27.50 to $36.64 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
