Construction Superintendent

Office-to-Condo Conversion Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 10 yrs experience whose strength is with internal finishing work and can manage our own labour crews (demolition, material loading & cleanup) along with leading, directing, managing & supervising all usual internal trades to completion and phased turnover of this project.

Soltron West (self-performing Developer) owns the 30-storey downtown Calgary, office tower, Encor Place, 645 7th Ave, SW. Currently floor-by-floor demolition is underway and main trade work will start in November.

Phase One (current) comprises 16 low-rise floors into 218 condo units (18-month schedule) then Phase Two (high-rise floors & 222 condo units) will overlap/follow-on from Phase One.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
