Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling stations and storage spaces.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures during all stages of meal preparation.
- Assist in serving food to guests promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and serving methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen workplace is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
