Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Capital, and working under the daily guidance of the Senior Specialist, Human Capital, we are looking for a Senior Coordinator to join our Human Capital team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and cooperative HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee service and supporting the day-to-day execution of people operations.

As a key member of the team, the Senior Coordinator will provide advanced coordination and operational support across a broad range of Human Capital functions, including employee lifecycle administration, payroll, benefits, HRIS management, reporting, and employee support. Working with increasing independence and sound judgment, the successful candidate will help ensure the effective delivery of Human Capital processes and services,



while contributing to a positive employee experience and the continuous improvement of HR operations across the organization.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Applies Human Capital theories and principles to assist in supporting the firm.
- Contributes to the design and implementation of programs or initiatives.
- Supports payroll administration, reporting, year-end activities, and employee payroll inquiries.
- Maintains employee data, records, reporting, and HRIS administration activities.
- Supports recruitment activities as needed, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Assists with Human Capital dashboards and workforce data submissions.
- Supports the administration of employee benefits programs and related processes.
- Coordinates employee time off programs and related system administration.
- Provides administrative support across several Human Capital programs
- Coordinates Health & Safety programs and initiatives
- Supports with employee leaves of absence and workforce transitions.
- Executes aspects of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.

- Supports policy administration activities and related employee questions.




- Prepares and coordinates employee letters and related employment documentation.
- Contributes to Human Capital projects, initiatives, and operational priorities as assigned.

Education & Experience

- 1–3 years of related experience preferred, ideally in a consulting, or corporate environment focused on area of specialty.
- Post secondary degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Ability to identify and resolve routine issues independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- General knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Position Details:

This position is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role and is open to candidates located in Toronto.
