About the Opportunity A well-established Vancouver corporate practice is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join its growing team, working on a mix of public and private company transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support corporate and securities transactions, including financings, M&A;, and reorganizations
- Draft and review corporate documents, disclosure records, and continuous disclosure filings
- Conduct due diligence for transactions




- Liaise with securities regulators and stock exchanges as needed
- Work closely with senior lawyers on client matters and business development

Qualifications

- Called to the Bar in British Columbia, in positive standing
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate/securities law
- Strong drafting and transactional skills
- Familiarity with Canadian securities regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
